Restorative Justice provides intentional opportunities for our community to acknowledge that we are all interconnected and that our actions impact each other. When a relationship is damaged, we need a way to invite people to re-build connection. Restorative justice views harm as an opportunity to build a stronger, resilient community – a community with members who are able to see each other with empathy and compassion and who are able to dialogue with each other about what we value and need to move toward healing together.
